Service & Builder's Waranty
We construct our homes carefully and in full accordance with accepted home building practices. We continuously inspect our homes during construction and where required, they are inspected and certified by local building officials. We are proud of our track record of quality, however, as with any newly constructed product, your home may need some minor adjustments and corrections. Our goal is to continuously satisfy our homeowners before and after settlement.
Seven days before your settlement, we will meet with you to introduce you to all of the important working elements of your home, including appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling systems and other interior and exterior features. We will also educate you about your flooring, painting and any movable parts of your home, such as windows and doors.
Regardless of these measures, we also provide our customers with a Builder’s Warranty for up to two years for major structural defects.
Emergency?
If you are concerned about a safety issue or if there's risk of property damage, we have someone on-call 24-hours a day, seven days a week to handle an emergency. Otherwise, our Call Center is available during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm EST at 267-519-3652.
